成分：

冲泡法：每25克（1包）加入8oz温水（不超过摄氏40度），摇晃均匀后即可享用。（注：请用奶瓶或shaker冲泡）。亦可加入牛乳或果汁等饮品冲泡。冷饮最好，热饮亦可口好喝。

加进宝宝的奶里的方法：
1岁以下的宝宝：把平时泡奶的奶粉量减1/4份，以阿拉丁果菜酵素代替。
1岁以上的宝宝：把平时泡奶的奶粉量减1/2份，以阿拉丁果菜酵素代替。
2岁以上的宝宝：酵素分量可增加，也可以喝不加奶粉的纯酵素饮料。

温馨提醒：
为了让宝包容易适应阿拉丁果菜酵素，建议开始的1-2个星期每天让宝宝喝1次（早上），分量也以少量开始。观察宝宝的情形，如果可以适应，才慢慢增加酵素分量，次数增至2次（早晚1次）。如果宝宝喜欢阿拉丁果菜酵素，每次泡奶时都加入酵素都可以。
